In 2025, that opportunity arrived. Backed by Osaic—one of the nation’s largest and most respected wealth management firms—they gained the freedom, technology, and support needed to bring their vision to life. ArrowPoint Wealth Advisors was born. Another friend, Sylvia Sterling joined the team shortly after.

The name is a nod to Mandy and Sylvia's Native heritage and a reflection of the firm’s guiding philosophy: to help clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Today, ArrowPoint stands for more than strategy—it stands for direction, intention, and a deep commitment to helping people shape lives they’re proud to lead.
